@santespacuisine has opened its branch in Domlur, Indiranagar, Bengaluru after its success in Pune.

🔸Ambience- this place is so pretty. As soon as you enter this place you can feel the calm aura with soothing music. They have embraced the eco friendly environment concept. The place has been well designed with the concept of go green you can see bamboo decors and vertical gardening concept. So unique 💚
There is also a play area for kids, along with some books kept in the shelf. You can grab these books and sit in a cozy place munching some healthy food from their exquisite Culinary creation.

Loved the ambience overall.

Beverage:

🔸Pink lemonade- this drink was tweaked by replacing the usual lemonade with beetroot. Love this idea of making a pink lemonade. So good😍 🔸Thandai milkshake.Loved this milkshake .

Food

🔸Bread basket- They freshly bake breads and there is no preservatives added beat that. This basket of bread was served with 4 types of butter: Garlic, mushroom, tomato chilli, chia. My favourite dip was the garlic and tomato chilli.

🔸Roasted Garlic mushroom🍄- roasted so well that the flavours bursts in your mouth.

🔸Pizza verde -stone grilled bases of ragi and whole wheat topped with capers, zucchini, spinach, broccoli, fenugreek and arugula basil pesto🌿🍀
🔸Pizza rosso- stone grilled bases of ragi whole wheat topped with olives, Roma tomatoes, red capsicum and Souro cherries.🍅I would call these pizzas as guilt free. Pizza has never been so healthy and tasty.

✔Honestly speaking, pizza verde was impeccable and I would love to go back to this place just to have this .

🔸 Black and white hommus-activated charcoal and chilli spiked, multigrain khakhra chips. What a combination 😍 fingerlicking good XP you must not miss on those roasted channas they were so good😋

🔸 Thai curried vegetables and brown rice-cooked so well that I could smell the aroma of coconut as soon as the dish was being served.

🔸Asian quinoa and raw papaya salad- not a great fan of salads, but I enjoyed it.

🔸Desserts – pure coconut and palm jaggery ice-cream -this icecream has a little piece of heaven really ♥loved the desserts served here.

🔸Salted caramel mudcake- truly lives upto its name.

🔸They even bake cookies. I loved the buckwheat cookie and it’s diabetic friendly.
